US Q1 2022 PUBLIC COMPANY REPORT

KEYSTONE NEW YORK STATE FUNDING SUMMARY

March 2022

Keystone's latest report on New York State's Capital Program and Financing Plan includes the DOB’s budget for Fiscal Years 2023 through 2027.  Included in the report is a summary of transformative infrastructure projects, a summary of capital spending by Sector and Financial Source and debt allocation plans.  Capital spending is projected to total $18.6 billion in FY 2023 and is impacted by the new five-year plans for both transportation and housing.

KEYSTONE $1T INFRASTRUCTURE SUMMARY

November 2021

The $1.T Trillion Infrastructure Act Summary provides an overview of the funding  that will stem from new Federal Infrastructure legislation, signed into law on November 5, 2021.  The Infrastructure Act provides $450 Billion in spending to renew existing programs and $550 Billion in new federal spending. The law also establishes an Infrastructure Implementation Task Force, which will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and allocation of funds.

AMERICAN JOBS PLAN HIGHLIGHT SUMMARY

2021

The American Jobs Act, which was proposed by the White House on March 31, 2021, focuses on four main areas: 1) Quality of Life at Home - $650 Billion 2) Transportation Infrastructure - $621 Billion 3) Research/Development/Manufacturing - $480 Billion 4) Help for Caregivers - $400 Billion.  If passed, this bill would go beyond the Infrastructure Investment Act by also focusing on Building Infrastructure and quality of life funding.

NEW YORK CITY PIPELINE REPORT SUMMARY

2019

The NYC Pipeline summary highlights a list of the most successful contractors for work bid by the Port Authority of NY/NJ, the NYC DOT, MTA, NYC DEP, Nassau County Dept of Public Works, and NYC DDC by total win value, which will also includes bid finishing position, total bids, win percentage, second place win delta by value and delta from the average. A summary of the NYC Civil Public Agencies and their future pipeline, including number of projects and total potential value is also included. Detail behind each, including contractor results and project pipeline are outlined within the report.
